About TWiZ

Tyron Williams, better known as TWiZ, is an accomplished GRAMMY nominated Music Educator, record producer, and audio engineer hailing from Savannah, Georgia. He first discovered his love for music at the young age of 12, when he began taking piano lessons and performing at his grandmother's church. From there, TWiZ's passion for music only grew stronger, and by the age of 16, he had already purchased his first set of recording equipment and started producing and recording not only his own music but also that of his neighborhood friends.

After high school, TWiZ decided to pursue a career in radio and began interning at Cumulus Media Savannah, where he gained valuable experience and knowledge of the industry. However, his love for music continued to pull him in a different direction, and he ultimately decided to attend the F.I.R.S.T Institute in Orlando, Florida, where he could hone his skills in music production and engineering.

After graduating from F.I.R.S.T, TWiZ returned to Savannah to complete his studies at Savannah State University, where he earned a BA in mass communications. Along the way, TWiZ developed a passion for educating young aspiring artists, which led him to create the Youtube series "5 Minutes of TWiZDOM," as well as various music production summer camps and digital workshops. His dedication to helping others pursue their musical dreams ultimately landed him a position as School Music Engineer at New Visions Charter High School in Queens, New York.

Today, TWiZ is a well-respected and sought-after music educator, mentor, and producer, who continues to inspire and guide aspiring artists in both physical and digital communities. With his extensive experience, knowledge, and passion for music, TWiZ has become a force to be reckoned with in the music industry, and his impact on the lives of young artists is truly immeasurable.
